A: The Balcony Buddy is not sold in stores currently.

Q: Will the Balcony Buddy work behind my balcony rail or wall?
A: Yes; as long as your view of the southern sky is unobstructed by buildings, trees, etc., the Balcony Buddy will work for you.    

Q: Does the satellite dish needs to be 8ft from the ground?
A: No, this belief is false; as long as your view of the southern sky is unobstructed, the Balcony Buddy will work for you.

Q: Will the wind knock down or move the Balcony Buddy?
A: The Balcony Buddy is highly resistant to strong winds; with the exception of hurricane force winds. Many RV customers throw away their cement buckets for a Balcony Buddy!

Q: What type of antennas are compatible with the Balcony Buddy?
A: ANY antenna that installs with a standard or large "J-mount" is compatible with the Balcony Buddy! This includes DirecTV 5lnb, DISH Network and any HDTV antenna that installs with a "J-mount".

Q: Do I need to purchase any additional hardware?
A: No.
